Good Afternoon MCMS Families! We hope everyone had a great week and enjoyed the summer weather!  We had three great days of testing, students worked very hard and we look forward to seeing awesome growth from everyone.  We have another week of testing coming up with SC Ready Math on Wednesday and SC Ready Science (6th Grade Only) on Thursday.  We hope our students get plenty of rest this weekend and comeback ready to go! Good Afternoon MCMS Families! Happy Weekend!  It was a full week of academic preparation for our upcoming state assessments.  Teachers spent time this week wrapping up final units of study and reviewing previously taught topics to make sure our students are ready.  State testing will begin on Wednesday, May 1st with SC Ready Reading.  This will be followed by SC Ready Writing on Thursday and SC Ready Writing Field Test on Friday.  Testing this week will be for all grade levels.  Make sure your child gets plenty of rest and is ready to go for testing.  We are proud of the preparation our students have done and know they will do well on the SC Ready! We hope everyone is having a great start to your weekend!  With five short weeks remaining in the school year, things are coming to a close quickly.  We will be wrapping up Spring Sports, enjoying Band and Chorus concerts, and celebrating student success with our award ceremonies.  Our students and teachers have worked hard all year and we look forward to finishing strong!
