Mindset of the Week- We are Connected
The We Are Connected Mindset teaches us that everyone who comes into our lives can help us to achieve and live our dreams. Working with, for, and through others is crucial to realizing our dreams. When you understand this and constantly seek the positives from relationships with others, your performance in every area of your life improves. In the lessons for this mindset, we help students explore synergies with others, embrace diversity, and relish the competition that will allow them to maximize their potential by working with and through others.Live to Give November- Canned Food Drive
One of our 7 mindsets is Live to Give. The main focus of this mindset is about serving others. As a school, we feel it is important to model this idea and life quality for our students. Each month MCMS will focus on one or more causes to bring awareness too. This month our Live to Give cause will be a Canned Food Drive. We have enjoyed our Clemson vs. Carolina canned food contest, those cans will go to the Pomaria Community Food Bank.MCMS Athletics
We would like to wish good luck to our Girls and Boys basketball teams as they officially start their season next week. They will have home games on Tuesday and Thursday, starting at 5:30 PM each day.If you have any questions about MCMS athletics or your child's athletic participation, please reach out to our Athletic Director, Coach David Meetze (dmeetze@sdnc.org).
